CASE STUDY FICTORA-OWNED PRODUCT
CTHE ZERO-TO-DEMAND FILE
FROM ZERO TO 78 ORGANIC SIGNUPS IN 80 DAYS.
We built Zena AI and its search engine at the same time. When the product launched, demand was already waiting.
01 / THE BET
Launch the market before launching the product.
Zena’s website went live on 1 March 2026, while the product itself was still being built.
We did not treat search as a campaign to switch on after launch. We treated it as part of product development: define the category, publish the useful answers, establish technical trust, and learn from real demand while engineering continued.
Google recorded the site’s first search visibility on 13 March. By the time the product opened on 15 June, Zena had already started earning attention for the problems it was designed to solve.

02 / THE PROBLEM
WhatsApp was essential. The operating layer was missing.
UAE businesses were already speaking to customers on WhatsApp, but growing teams needed more than another phone and another inbox.
- FRICTION 01Customer context was scattered across conversations and people.
- FRICTION 02Repetitive questions consumed time that needed human judgment.

07 / BUSINESS OUTCOME
Visibility became signups when the product went live.
The website built the runway. The product gave that demand somewhere to go.Zena product analytics, 15 June to 3 September 2026. Results supplied by the product team and current as of 3 September.
08 / WHAT IT PROVES
The product and its path to market were one build.
Zena is not a campaign created to demonstrate our capabilities. It is the operating proof of them.
We identified the category, built the brand and product, created the acquisition surface, established organic visibility, connected measurement, and turned search demand into signups.
That same discipline shapes client work at Fictora Labs: build the useful thing, build the route to discover it, and measure what happens next.
