CASE STUDY CURATED FOUNDER ECOSYSTEM
DTHE CURATION SYSTEM
THE FOUNDER ECOSYSTEM WHERE THE ROOM IS THE MOAT.
We built the public experience and the operations layer behind it, so Global Syndicate can feel warm, quiet, and selective even while the system does the heavy lifting.
01 / THE PROBLEM
More networking had made trust harder to find.
Time-conscious founders could see the event calendar. They could not always see whether the room deserved their time.
- FRICTION 01Open access made room quality impossible to judge.
- FRICTION 02Event pages sold attendance instead of relevant relationships.
- FRICTION 03Manual intake scattered founder context across tools.
02 / THE APPROACH
Make curation visible before anyone applies.

Global Syndicate is a system of gatherings, not a networking app.
We turned that distinction into the page architecture. Real rooms carry the proof. Specific eligibility language protects the standard. A considered application makes selection part of the experience, rather than a barrier hidden after the sale.
“Assured, human, and selective.”
- 01Show the room
Use real founders and real gatherings as evidence.
- 02Name the fit
Let people understand who belongs before they apply.
- 03Protect the standard
Review every application and keep the next step clear.
03 / THE ECOSYSTEM
Four rooms. One deliberate progression.
Each tier has a distinct cadence, commitment, and business outcome. The system makes the next room clear without treating the community like a funnel.

04 / THE APPLICATION SYSTEM
One considered form. An operating system behind it.
A 14-field application captures enough context to protect the room without making the technology the story.
The same application shape adapts to each room. Ten dedicated Notion intake databases keep submissions reviewable, while a unified founder profile and activity layer preserves context across repeat interactions.
Five n8n workflows coordinate confirmation, newsletter consent, reconciliation, exceptions, and data-rights handling. Public submissions are rate-limited by IP and email, and successful applicants receive the right confirmation path, including the WhatsApp community invite where relevant.
- Confirmations
- Reconciliation
- Privacy handling
05 / LIVE COMMUNITY SYNC
The public site stays current without becoming noisy.

Meetup API
Founder Circle event details refresh through a roughly ten-minute cache, keeping dates current without slowing the page.
Google Drive
Members submit brand assets through a controlled collection flow ready for review and publication.
Notion + Sheets
Notion remains the operating record, with Google Sheets supporting backup and export.
Visitors see clear rooms, current events, real community evidence, and one unmistakable next step.

The founder story sits inside the product, not beside it. Seven years of convening founders gives the curation standard its authority.
